Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a class. By booking a class, you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

We reserve the right to change any information on this website at any time, including class times, locations, teachers, and prices. We may change our policies from time to time by updating the relevant page on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Payment

Payment for bookings and products may be made by cash, credit card, or debit card. Payments can be made online or in-person on the premises.

Booking a Class

Each person in the class needs their own individual account.

Bookings can be made via the online timetable on the website and on the spot. Aname United Ltd. uses external online booking software to capture and store your personal data and process your booking.

Your online booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation from us. Please make sure you receive a booking confirmation before you attend the class. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us by phone, email, or in-person in the Studio.

You may change or cancel a class booking online. Please note that by booking a group class or a one on one appointment, you agree to our 24hr notice policy when canceling and/or rescheduling. So if you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.

Class Passes

Please note that class passes do not apply for workshops and extra events.

Passes are only valid for use by named pass holder with a photo ID. Their validity may not be extended beyond the date marked on them when purchased.

Class passes cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged, or transferred between persons. We reserve the right to refuse redemption of a pass and request alternative forms of payment if the pass is fraudulently obtained or used. Lost passes will not be replaced. If a pass is lost, its remaining classes will also be lost.

Late cancellations and no shows will be charged to the pass (e.g. 1 class will be deducted from the pass).

Special Offers

Any Introductory offers, class passes, and unlimited passes start from the date of purchase.
Introductory offers are only available to completely new guests. If a member or guest has attended any of our classes under any other pricing option, they will not be eligible for these offers.
Introductory offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or concessions.

Classes

Attendance can only be claimed by checking-in before class.
We do our best to ensure that the published program is as accurate as possible. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to change or cancel classes at any time, including instructor substitutions.
In the event that we cancel a class or classes that you have booked, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know.

In the Studio

Anamé Program does not allow unaccompanied minors in a Studio at any time.
All possessions are stored in the Studio at your own risk. We ask that contents be removed by the end of the session or day. Any contents left beyond a visit will be removed and stored for 1 month. After that, any unclaimed contents will be disposed of or donated to a local charity of choice.
Written permission is required from Anamé Program prior to any filming and/or photography in the Studio.

Behavior, etiquette, and conduct in the studio

Loud and abusive language is not welcome in Karma Killer Yoga’s classes. The Studio and workshop locations are digital detox zones. Out of consideration to all our guests, all devices should be set to silent whilst visiting Karma Killer Yoga classes and the use of mobile phones, tablets, and any other device should be kept to a minimum. We appreciate that there may be emergencies and exceptional circumstances where you will need to use a mobile device, but we would request that when necessary this be done discreetly or wherever possible outside the building so as not to affect the experience of others visiting and using the space.

Classes, events, or bookings start promptly at the advertised times. Guests need to arrive with enough time to change where appropriate, store their belongings and settle in the area before the class, event, or booking begins.

In classes where mats and equipment has been used, guests will be required to return them back to their allocated storage areas under the instruction and supervision of the instructor.

No alcoholic beverages or drugs of any kind may be brought into the Studio. Smoking is also prohibited.

Where guests fail to respect these guidelines, we may require that you leave the building, and where applicable, discounts may be rescinded, subject to the discretion of the Manager.

In Class

Instructors at Karma Killer Yoga provide physical hands-on adjustments during all sessions. You must inform them immediately, should you not want to be physically adjusted during the session.

Class areas are shoe-free zones. All outdoor footwear should be removed as soon as possible when entering and stored in the appropriate spaces provided. Wearing socks in the Studio is mandatory.

No food is to be consumed in class areas.

Karma Killer Yoga reserves the right to take photographs and footage before/during/after an event, for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to dismiss you from using our services at any time. It is your responsibility to inform us of any injury, pregnancy, or medical conditions before the start of every session, and we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis. If you are new to physical exercise, it is advisable that you consult your doctor before attending class. You should not use our services under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
